The configured container runtime, every runtime Udon can use with its install state, and what the active engine supports. Requires the **viewer** role.
Container run spec GET
A container's current configuration, rebuilt into the shape `POST /api/containers` accepts, so a container can be recreated or edited from what it runs today. The daemon parses each engine's own inspect output, so this response is the same shape for every container engine. Requires the **viewer** role.
