Metrics snapshot
One host metrics snapshot. Requires the **viewer** role.

Force verification against the license service and return the new state. A checkout completion alone cannot activate a license. An unreachable service leaves the cached entitlement intact. Requires the **viewer** role; remains available while management is locked.
Metrics stream GET
A live Server-Sent Events feed of host metrics, one sample every two seconds. Each user may hold 12 live streams at once, counting container stats streams. Requires the **viewer** role.
