Answer an assistant question POST
Replies to an open `ask_user` question in the latest turn, then resumes the run server-side. The answer is capped at 4000 characters. Only the owner of the conversation may answer.
Cancel the running turn POST
Stops the conversation's in-flight turn, if any. Only the owner may cancel.
