Generate an MCP access token

Creates (or replaces) the MCP access token. `role` defaults to `operator`. Admin only. The token is returned once.

Create a conversation POST

Starts a conversation owned by the signed-in user. Only that user can read, continue, or delete it.

Delete a conversation DELETE

Deletes a conversation the signed-in user owns. One belonging to anyone else returns 404, so its existence is never revealed.
