Install the update

Accept an installation operation, recheck the device's assigned release, validate the payload, and restart through the recovery service. Acceptance is not completion: follow the returned operation ID through GET /api/updates. Requires the **admin** role; remains available while licensing or permissions block management, subject to release eligibility.
