Delete a local workflow
Removes a local catalog entry. Revisions referenced by conversations or active drafts remain available to those consumers. Synced entries cannot be deleted here. Requires the admin role.

Creates a draft that expires after 24 hours. For an edit, send targetSkillId and baseRevision; the draft inherits that revision's supporting files. The target and base revision cannot change later. Generate a lowercase UUID draftId before sending the request. Retrying the exact initial body with the same ID returns the same draft and preserves staged files. Changed reuse returns 409; another owner's ID returns 404. Requires the admin role.
Discard a workflow draft DELETE
Deletes only this draft. Consumed and expired drafts return 404. Requires the admin role.
