Returns metadata, instructions, file names, complete markdown, and unknown frontmatter from one revision. Pin later file reads to skill.revision. Requires a signed-in user.

Downloads SKILL.md and supporting files as a ZIP from the current revision. Content-Disposition provides a UTF-8 filename. Requires a signed-in user.
Read draft status GET
Returns the draft identity, fixed publishSkillId, expiry, target revision, and effective file names. For a new workflow publishSkillId equals the draft ID; for an edit it equals targetSkillId. Requires the admin role.
