Reads a validated relative path from the current revision. Pass the detail revision to detect edits between requests. Requires a signed-in user.
Publish a workflow draft POST
Publishes the complete bundle atomically. An edit succeeds only if baseRevision is still current. A consumed draft returns 404; an interrupted retry retains its publication identity. Requires the admin role.
