1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.
2. Try for 5 days
Trying Udon for 5 days requires no payment, so there is nothing to refund for that period.
3. Lifetime licenses
Lifetime purchases are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, a Lifetime purchase is non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. How to request a refund
Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address you used to purchase, with your order number. We’ll process eligible refunds through Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have, including any right of withdrawal under applicable consumer-protection law.
